FACC: Can you share a bit more about the up and coming neighborhoods showing high potential for either buyers or sellers in New York City?
PB: In Manhattan: Harlem, Morningside Heights and Bronx! In Brooklyn: Bushwick, Flatbush, East New York and generally South Slope.
FACC: This year, Amazon announced that they will no longer construct their HQ2 in Queens. Did you observe an “Amazon” effect in the market at the time of the initial announcement and following this new announcement?
PB: This affected mainly sellers in LIC who thought they will make a significant profit with the high demand of prospective buyers.
FACC: You recently began your role at Douglas Elliman, what do you hope to bring to your clients as a member of this new team?
PB: Correct, the reason I joined DE is because I have a team who now handles both Residential & Commercial sales and rentals.
FACC: What are your personal passions and what motivates you?
PB: I like to play music with my friends when time allows (I’m a drummer and also write electro music) and meet new people.
FACC: The FACC events bring together professionals for networking and learning opportunities. Are there any past events you found particularly insightful and any topics you would like to hear more about it 2019?
My job as a realtor requires that I attend network events to meet new people and FACC seems to be a good partnership for that.
