{Community Resources} Wave Group Offering a Free Business Consulting Session

Wave Group consulting is lead by a dynamic team of four business professionals with diverse, international experience. In a gest of solidarity, Wave Group has kindly offered a free 50-minute session with FACC members to act as a sounding board and provide suggestions for weathering this unprecedented business period. 

Wave Group's areas of expertise are centered around business transformation and acceleration, marketing strategy and international development and performance and organization improvement. They are adept at leading restructuring and turn-arounds, coaching leadership and finding ways to optimize your business and processes. 

To be most effective, interested parties are asked to come prepared with 3 slides: 1 - who they are (key elements), 2- how you are most affected now (business model, sales, ...), 3- what is your most pressing matter.
