Chapter News | June 01, 2020
Dear members and friends of the French-American Chamber of Commerce New York,
Now more than 2 months under “New York in Pause”, the FACC-NY team is starting to prepare for a return to a new normal ; this will include re-opening the offices when it is allowed and most importantly safe, planning for modified ways to welcome members and visitors and working on updated activities.
We understand the FACC-NY members have all been affected by the COVID-19 crisis and want to be your resource to restart your business, secure new opportunities and get back to work.
In June, we will continue to hold virtual events with a special webinar on June 12th featuring Anne-Claire Legendre, Consul General of France in New York to discuss how New York businesses and individuals can get back to work quickly and safely.
This month too, we expect additional visibility on the immigration status and travel options between France and the United States that will make it easier to plan for J1 visas and American outbound programs.
Finally, we will virtually hold the FACC-NY Annual Members Meeting. Please make it a priority to attend because this is your chance to have the first look at the 2019 results and the 2020 perspectives with FACC New York & National President, Elsa Berry. Our guest speaker will be Ambassador of France in the United States, his Excellency Philippe Etienne. Mark your calendar for June 17th at 10:45 am. Detailed agenda will follow soon for members.
Consider becoming a member to get this unique insider visibility and let us know how we can better support your business.
Thank you for your continued trust in the FACC-NY operations,
Isabelle Estebe
FACC-NY Managing Director
