Growth & Success Through Mentorship
The FACC Women in Business Committee has been actively contributing to the life of the NY Chapter for over 10 years. The mission of the committee is to empower our female members through relevant programs that contribute to their personal and professional development and to provide opportunities for our members to connect with and learn from one another.
For 2020, the committee is excited to launch a new mentoring initiative aimed at reducing gender inequality by empowering emerging female leaders to confront bias, navigate roadblocks and successfully rise through the ranks.
Mentors (male or female) will be matched with an early-career female professional for virtual mentorship meet ups. This personalized attention ensures that the mentee's career concerns and objectives can be addressed with insightful, constructive feedback.
- Sessions will take place during lunchtime or after work.
- An initial 1-year mentoring program, renewable once per mentee.
The mentorship program is exclusively open to current members of the French-American Chamber of Commerce New York. View highlights from past Women in Business events.
