About the speakers:
Kate Argento is a Senior Manager of Global Mobility at KPMG. She has more than 19 years of experience across a multitude of global mobility areas. She works with large and small organizations to best optimize their global mobility programs across all mobility related aspects, specializing in policy and program benchmarking and design and reviewing operating models to raise the value profile of the mobility function to effectively support the broader talent needs of the organization. Her experience in global mobility management also extends to international payroll compliance and reporting, process and automation through technology design as well as data insights and analytical reporting to best meet stakeholder needs. With experience across all aspects of operating a global mobility program, from vendor management to enhancing the employee experience, she is of well versed in the implementation of global mobility processes and procedures for operational effectiveness and mitigating reporting and compliance risks, including the implementation of new mobility technology systems to support the objectives of the mobility program.
Pierre-Georges Bonnefil is a Partner in the Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group at Duane Morris LLP, based in New York. He represents a wide range of corporate and individual clients in complex immigration matters and brings deep experience from both private practice and government service.
Mr. Bonnefil previously served as an Attorney General Honors Attorney with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), where he gained significant insight into federal immigration processes and policy.
