Since the onset of the pandemic, many companies have been seeking to bring employees back to the office, referring to performance, creativity, and collaboration as reasons. Some are doing so flexibly, while others are imposing much stricter policies, with a significant – or even total – reduction in remote work. This trend is particularly visible in France and in the USA.
