As businesses cautiously look to reopen, there are naturally many new and different challenges which must be considered prior. To ensure you do not put your customers or employees at risk, join us as we discuss mitigating these risks before, during, and after reopening your business.
We welcome William Newman of Becker Glynn, LLP. and Rob Tockarshewsky of USI Insurance to discuss best practices and steps you can take in order to properly reopen your business.
Will Newman is a commercial litigation attorney at Becker, Glynn, Muffly, Chassin & Hosinski LLP. He represents clients in disputes involving contracts, employment issues, and products liability matters. He also regularly provides strategic advice to companies in advance of disputes, both to avoid the burdens of litigation and to protect their legal claims and defenses if litigation is inevitable. He is also a contributing editor of the American Bar Association publication, Litigation News, and the author of the commercial litigation blog, Unpredictable.
Rob Tockarshewsky is Vice President of the Property & Casualty group at USI Insurance Services.
