Our members at France-Amérique are urgently hiring a paid intern!

Founded in 1943, France-Amérique is published by France-Amérique LLC, a private company headquartered in NewYork City. With 200,000 readers per issue, France-Amérique is the leading French culture magazine and only bilingual French-English publication in the U.S.

To update its bi-annual education guide, France-Amérique is looking for a highly motivated sales intern to join the team. This is a great opportunity to have your work published in a high- quality bilingual magazine for those who have interest in French culture and media publication.

Qualifications: 

• Excellent command of French and English.

• Be a self-directed individual with the proven ability to take initiative as a problem solver.

• Highly organized and an understanding of tools such as Excel, Word, Google Docs.

• Be capable of multitasking, very at ease to communicate on the phone, positive attitude, outgoing and a sense of humor are required.

Duties: 

• Contact our partners, past advertisers, and potential advertisers for the opportunity to be featured in our school guide.

• Update the school guide with the accurate information given to you by school administrators/ educational institutions/ advertisers.

• Organize content into appropriate files for an easy work flow structure with the Art Director.

• Liaise with your School guide supervisor, plus handle any outside advertising/sponsored content requests.
