Join FACC member Back of the House Consulting for a breakfast and seminar around customer experience. This event is geared towards brand, marketing and product managers or customer experience professionals.
During the morning, attendees will address making memorable experiences for their customers through mapping out the customer journey, identifying touchpoints and solutions aligned with their brand positioning.
Back of the House Consulting is based in New York, France and Geneva and specialized in the design, production and tracking of customer experiences.
